At one point in life, the question is asked: “Can life be hard and challenging sometimes?” You are absolutely right, life can be challenging at times; everyone experiences setbacks, difficult situations, and moments of stress that can make it feel hard to navigate. Sadly, life will always have moments of hardship—everyone has situations or feelings that we feel unequipped to handle, that hit us harder than those around us and may feel impossible to deal with. Life has
its ups and downs, but it shouldn’t feel overwhelming all the time.
