When I was younger, I knew that I always wanted to be able to help people. I wondered in what way can I put myself forward to help the next person and this is how where my passion for psychology and wellness stemmed.
I have completed my studies at UNISA, achieving a Cum Laude in Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Psychology and Criminology (undergraduate). Thereafter I completed my BA Honors in Psychological Counselling.
While studying toward my Honors degree I started working within a primary school, in which I was fortunate enough to voluntarily showcase my skills. During this time I worked closely with students providing guidance and support to help navigate various challenges.
As a dedicated wellness counsellor, I help individuals cultivate holistic well-being and resilience. I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to my work. I strongly believe that patience, kindness and simple communication toward others can make a huge difference. I am passionate about empowering others to achieve balance and fulfillment in their lives.
