I know how daunting it can be to decide to come for counselling, and yet we all need a place where we can be fully ourselves, without fear of judgement or rejection. This is the kind of safe, confidential, and empathetic space I offer my clients.
A little about me: I didn’t follow the typical course in becoming a Counsellor. I pursued my calling for people and psychology after working as a Chemical Engineer for some years. Following my Psychology Honours through North-West University, I completed my training and ASCHP registration as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor through Counselling Matters Training.
My approach is based in authenticity, understanding, and unconditional acceptance. Whatever challenges you’re facing or goals you’re working towards, I’m here to listen—not just to the parts of your story that feel “acceptable,” but to your lived experience.

Through dialogue, practical tools, self-care, and coping strategies, I help clients reconnect with themselves and make actionable changes in their lives. Change begins with awareness, self-acceptance, and compassion—which we all have within us, even when they feel out of reach.
This is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore solutions and potentially new ways of relating to your experiences, depending on your needs and goals. Often, the answers are already within you—and they just need a safe space to emerge. Sometimes, though, we feel “stuck” and may need new perspectives and creative guidance, which is where counselling can be transformative.
My ultimate goal is to help you relate to yourself from a place of compassion, curiosity, and self-acceptance – which is where the most transformation can happen.
