I support individuals facing a range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, life transitions, loss, and work-life balance, as well as difficulties within relationships and family dynamics. I work with patterns such as codependency, people-pleasing, and navigating unhealthy or complex relationship dynamics, including those involving narcissistic traits or experiences of emotional or domestic strain.
I also offer supportive, trauma-informed guidance for individuals who may be navigating the emotional impact of past or ongoing difficult experiences, including high-stress environments, abuse, or gender-based challenges. My work includes supporting emotional regulation, self-esteem, resilience, and personal growth, as well as the emotional impact of chronic health conditions, attention-related challenges, and disordered eating patterns – always within a supportive, non-clinical scope.
My style is calm, compassionate, and practical. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace, and begin to make sense of your experiences in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
