https://headroom.co.za/user/naina-bhikha/ I take a whole-person approach that looks beyond the challenge to understand the person behind it. My work blends counselling, psychology, neurofeedback, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation and creative expression. I combine brain-based tools with compassionate conversation and practical strategies, helping clients understand their patterns, reconnect with their strengths and create changes that feel realistic, meaningful and lasting.
“ Over the years, I’ve seen that meaningful wellness is about more than simply addressing a challenge—it’s about helping people feel truly seen, understood and supported. Through my work, I’ve witnessed clients gain greater confidence, calm, focus and self-awareness, often discovering strengths within themselves they didn’t realise they had. These experiences continue to remind me why I do what I do: to create a safe space where people can grow, reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
“ Helping one person might not change the world, but it could change the world for one person
“ You don’t have to have everything figured out to move forward. Sometimes growth begins with one small step, one brave decision, or simply choosing to believe that better days are possible. Trust your journey, honour how far you’ve come, and remember that even the slowest progress is still progress. Keep going—you are capable of more than you realise.
“ I believe that true wellbeing comes from reconnecting with the wisdom within us and with the natural rhythm of life. Inspired by the teachings of Buddhism, Hindu philosophy, Paramahansa Yogananda and the healing presence of nature, I believe that stillness, self-awareness, compassion and inner balance can guide us towards greater clarity, resilience and peace.
“ What is life gently trying to teach you in this season, and what happens when you become still enough to listen
