About Me
I am a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based psychological practice while also honoring the importance of personal values, faith, and meaning in the healing process.
I believe that every person carries a unique life story. Therapy provides a safe and supportive space to explore that story, understand patterns that may be causing distress, and develop healthier ways of thinking, relating, and living.
My approach integrates scientifically supported psychological methods with compassionate, person-centered care, helping clients move toward emotional healing, resilience, and purposeful living.
My Therapeutic Approach
My work integrates three complementary approaches:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.
CBT helps clients:
• recognize unhelpful thinking patterns
• develop healthier emotional responses
• build practical coping skills
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching
I integrate techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming to support clients in reframing limiting beliefs, strengthening confidence, and creating empowering personal narratives
NLP techniques are particularly helpful for:
• mindset shifts
• goal clarity
• behavioural change
Christian Counselling (Optional)
For clients who desire a faith-integrated therapeutic approach, I offer counselling that respectfully incorporates Christian values, spiritual reflection, and biblical principles into the healing process.
This approach can support individuals seeking:
• spiritual guidance alongside psychological support
• healing from emotional wounds within a faith context
• growth in purpose, identity, and relationships.
Clients may choose whether they prefer standard clinical therapy or Christian-integrated counselling
